LFMOL School Choir Community Christmas Caroling
December 18, 2025 Community Outreach Through Song
Community Christmas Caroling
With voices lifted, the LFMOL choir walked together through nearby roads and neighborhoods, singing Christmas carols filled with hope, joy, and the message of Christ’s love. Their songs echoed through the community, touching homes and hearts alike.
The children sang boldly and confidently, showing that age does not limit impact when faith is nurtured early. Through music, they proclaimed peace, unity, and God’s cheer during this special season.
“Go into all the world and preach the gospel.” — Mark 16:15
Ministering Through Song
As the students continued their outreach, their coordinated steps and harmonized voices reflected teamwork, discipline, and purpose. Each song became a testimony—declaring that Jesus is the reason for the season.
Parents, neighbors, and passersby paused to listen, reminded of the true meaning of Christmas through the voices of these young ministers.
A Mission in Action
This day of worship and outreach is part of LFMOL’s ongoing commitment to holistic education—nurturing students academically, spiritually, and socially. By teaching children to worship, serve, and lead, we are preparing them to be lights in their communities and beyond.
✨ Educating for Purpose. Inspiring Change. ✨
Thank you to our partners, sponsors, parents, and community members for supporting the growth and spiritual development of our students. Your prayers and encouragement make moments like these possible.

“Our School Choir Ready to Minister Through Music”
Our school choir has been actively practicing in preparation for our upcoming Christmas program and community Christmas caroling. Students from different grade levels are learning to sing together in unity, building confidence as they stand before the microphones and lift their voices to celebrate the true meaning of Christmas.
This year, students from Nursery through Grade 6 all have a part to play, with participation from every class. It has been encouraging to see older students guiding and encouraging younger ones as they prepare together, fostering unity and leadership among the children.
“Our students practicing praise dance as an expression of worship, learning to honor God through movement, discipline, and unity.”
“In preparation for Christmas, our K2 students express heartfelt praise, joyfully sharing the message of Jesus’ birth through worship and song.”

“A Tree of Joy: Celebrating the Spirit of Christmas”
In addition to rehearsals, students have been involved in decorating the school for Christmas. Working together, they helped arrange greenery, ornaments, and festive displays. These activities not only bring beauty to the school but also teach responsibility, teamwork, and pride in caring for their learning environment.
Excitement continues to grow as students eagerly look forward to the upcoming events.
Beginning next week, we will start Christmas caroling in the surrounding communities. We will also host a Christmas Movie Day for our students. After the Christmas program, festive foods will be shared, along with Christmas cookies prepared by our Operations Christmas Cookie Committee. Most joyfully, each student will receive a Christmas present after the program, making the celebration even more special and memorable.
These preparations are more than activities—they are opportunities to build confidence, faith, unity, and lasting memories for our children.
We are deeply thankful to our donors, sponsors, and partners for your continued support. Your generosity allows our students to experience the joy of Christmas in a meaningful and dignified way.

Academic Year 2025-2026 Launch
New Year, New Opportunities!

Faith, Growth, and Integrity
A Progress Update
Dear Sponsors and Partners,
Warm greetings from all of us at Leaders Foundation Mission of Liberia (LFMOL). We thank God for His faithfulness and for your continued support and prayers, which have allowed both our students and staff to grow—not only academically but also spiritually.
The 2025 - 2026 academic year has been a year of growth and challenge, and our team remains steadfast in our mission to nurture leaders of integrity, compassion, and excellence. Each morning, our staff and students begin the day with prayer and devotion. Many children who once hesitated to pray or speak about God now lead devotions, read Scriptures, and sing with joy. Teachers have also reported greater unity among themselves, a stronger commitment to mentorship, and a renewed passion for serving with purpose. Truly, the spiritual atmosphere on campus continues to thrive.
Academic Integrity and Growth
Academically, our students have shown remarkable growth. Many have improved in reading fluency, comprehension, and mathematics, while others have begun developing critical thinking and leadership skills through class projects and group discussions. Though we celebrate these achievements, we also remain honest about our standards. Several students were not promoted at the end of the 2024–2025 academic year due to unsatisfactory performance. Some parents expected promotion regardless of results, but we remain committed to integrity. Our teachers work with every student who struggles to help them achieve all they can.
Morning Gathering: Each school day begins with instruction, devotion, and worship.
Partnership and Shared Responsibility
We are also working hard to build a culture where parents and guardians take greater ownership of their children’s education. While many parents face financial hardship, we continue to encourage them to contribute, no matter how small, to demonstrate shared responsibility. Programs such as our Work-to-Fee initiative have helped bridge the gap, but we still rely heavily on your prayers and support as we strive for long-term sustainability.
We have reduced the total student census to allocate resources more effectively for each child. While some families continue to face challenges meeting the Parent Responsibility Fee, we remain committed to supporting them and strengthening our sustainability. Though we’ve operated at a deficit in recent years, we see this as an opportunity to refine our model and build a stronger future. We are deeply grateful for the continued generosity of our sponsors and donors.
Understanding the Families We Serve
The truth is, these families truly have very little. Many of them live day to day, simply trying to feed their children or find work. Most have no education themselves, yet they are trying to find jobs that require one. The truth of the matter is that many parents did not enroll their children this year because of the Parent Responsibility Fee, something they simply do not have. A visiting team came and saw the living conditions firsthand. They witnessed the reality of their struggles, homes with very little, parents doing their best with what they have.
Yet, in Liberia, many people label these families as “the uncivilized.” But we see them differently. We see their potential, their dignity, and the purpose God has for each one of them. Some have stepped out in faith and signed up for the Parent Responsibility Fee; others simply cannot, because they have babies and young children at home, or they are sick and unable to work due to lack of medical care.
There are many reasons, but one truth remains: these are the underserved, the very ones God has called us to love and serve. This is why Leaders Foundation Mission of Liberia exists: to reach those overlooked by society, to provide education, and to share the transforming power of the Gospel.
Our Heart of Gratitude & Faith
Leader’s Foundation Mission of Liberia - Teachers
We pray that God will grant us long life, good health, and prosperity of soul as we continue this work.
We consider it a privilege to serve. This is part of the calling of missions and missionary work — to give of ourselves for the sake of the Gospel.
We hold firmly to the Word of God, trusting His promises:
“And everyone that hath forsaken houses or brethren or sisters or father or mother or wife or children or lands, for My name’s sake”
End Of Year Letter To Sponsors
Dear Friends and Supporters,
As 2025 comes to a close, we at Leaders Foundation Mission of Liberia pause to reflect on a year filled with tremendous growth, heartfelt stories, and God’s unwavering grace. What began as a vision to empower and educate has blossomed into a living testimony of transformation, student by student and classroom by classroom.
This school year, over 180 children received access to quality, Christ-centered education in a safe and nurturing environment. Through the tireless commitment of our teachers, volunteers, and partners, we:
Provided daily learning and literacy to under-resourced children
Launched enrichment programs in reading and crafts
Introduced new spiritual development classes and daily devotionals
Distributed meals, uniforms, and school supplies
Held special programs, including a Youth Purity Conference and Vacation Bible School
Our mission is not only to teach but to transform, raising a generation of godly leaders who are filled with purpose and prepared to serve their communities and nation.
Thank you, Sponsors and Supporters. This work could not continue without your faithful prayers, donations, and sponsorships. Because of you, children who once faced hopelessness are now walking boldly toward a future of possibility.
To our child sponsors, thank you.
To our donors who gave when needs arose, thank you.
To those who prayed, encouraged, or visited, thank you.
Your partnership is more than provision; it is personal. You are part of each story of success.
Looking ahead to 2025–2026
As we enter a new year, our vision grows even brighter:
Launch a Student Sponsorship Campaign to support unsponsored children
Equip our teachers with better training and technology
Strengthen our faith-based discipleship and community outreach efforts
We are dreaming big because the children we serve have God-sized destinies.
Launching Our Summer Reading Program!
Building Readers Building Futures
As the school year winds down and summer approaches, our school is proud to launch a new initiative to keep young minds engaged, inspired, and learning all summer long—our Summer Reading Program!
This year’s program is designed for all primary learners, from our youngest readers to our upper-grade students in Grades 4–6. It’s a joyful blend of African stories, cultural connections, reading practice, poetry, and community support.
Why a Summer Reading Program?
We know that when children stop reading during school breaks, they often return with lower skills. Our goal is to prevent that “summer slide” and instead create a summer of growth, curiosity, and confidence. Through storytelling, comprehension, and reflection, students not only improve their academic skills—they learn more about themselves and their world.
Books That Reflect Us
Our book list includes beautiful, relatable stories rooted in African tradition, values, and imagination.
Each child will keep a reading log, complete comprehension exercises, and engage with poems based on the stories they read.
Learning with the Community
What makes this year extra special is our community involvement. On selected days, volunteers from organizations, local colleges, and community groups will visit our school to read with the children, share experiences, and model a love for reading. These role models help our students dream bigger and see the value of reading beyond the classroom.
Celebrating Success
At the end of the program, we’ll hold a Reading Celebration Day, where students will:
🎤 Recite poems inspired by their reading
📜 Receive certificates of participation
🍪 Enjoy light refreshments with classmates and families
It will be a joyful recognition of the children’s hard work and the power of reading to change lives.
How You Can Help
We invite parents and guardians to join us on this journey:
Read with your child at home
Ask questions about the stories
Help them complete their reading log
Cheer them on all summer long!
Together, let’s build a future filled with readers, leaders, and lifelong learners.

Recent Student Activities at Leaders Foundation Mission of Liberia
Preparing for the West African Examination (WAEC)
At LFMOL, we continue to witness powerful growth, creativity, and spiritual development among the students. In the month of April 2025, we conducted enrichment and tutoring sessions for our third graders and our sixth graders to prepare them for the West African Exam (WAEC). Thanks for the help of dedicated teachers who boosted student’s confidence and performance as they prepared for national assessments.
Youth-Led Devotions
Every morning, our students come together for a youth-led devotion, allowing them to lead worship, read scripture, and sometimes share testimonies. Their passion for God is evident, and these gatherings are helping build bold, faith driven leaders.
Clean-Up and Campus Beautification Projects
Demonstrating student’s sense of responsibility and unity, here at LFMOL, we organized a campus clean-up day. With brooms, rakes, and joyful hearts, the staff and students work together to clean classrooms, tidy the yard, plant flowers and maintain our school garden. This activity not only beautifies the campus but also fosters teamwork and pride in their learning environment.
Looking Ahead
Exciting plans are underway for a student outreach initiative where our youth will engage in peer mentoring and community service projects. We believe in training our students not just to learn, but to lead and serve.
A Heart of Gratitude
We are so proud of all our students at Leaders Foundation Mission of Liberia. They are rising as strong voices and vessels of change. Thank you to all our supporters and prayer partners who continue to invest in this mission. Together, we are raising a generation for God’s glory!
Welcome to Stitch Inner Beauty
At Leaders Foundation Mission of Liberia
A Creative Bible Study For The Youth (but all are welcomed)
This is one of many ways we disciple our youth. We come together to learn valuable skills like crocheting, knitting, and sewing - but our true focus is on something even greater: stitching the Word of God into our hearts. As we work with our hands, we also allow God to work on our inner beauty, shaping us into the people He called us to be.
Each thread, each stitch, each creation is a reminder that just like our crafts, our lives are being carefully woven by the hands of our loving Heavenly Father. Through learning practical skills and studying Scripture together, we are growing in creativity, character, and Christlikeness. “Clothing ourselves not just with skill, but with the beauty of a heart transformed by God.”
Key Verse: “She is clothed with strength and dignity; she can laugh at the days to come.” - Proverbs 31:25
Calling all youth, join us! Come ready to learn, to create, and to allow God to sew His Word deep into your life!
We meet each Saturday at 10:00am

Reflections on Our Prayer Breakfast
What a powerful morning, Saturday, March 22, 2025. We had our first prayer breakfast at Leaders Foundation Mission / Steele Creek Church of Liberia. The theme was “Unity In The Spirit. ”Gathering together to seek God’s presence filled the atmosphere with a vibe of unity. This union was filled with warm greetings, joyful conversations, heartfelt prayers, and fellowship. Our opening prayer was focused on gratitude, thanking God for His Faithfulness and asking His wisdom to help us with unity in our homes, the church and in our communities. Nevertheless, you know a prayer breakfast would not be complete without sharing a meal. Sitting together over plates of delicious food, fellowship, and conversations filled with testimonies, and encouragement.
Brother Jackson Kolleh gave an inspiring message on unity and community, “Stronger Together” (Ephesians 4:3). He reminded us of the power of unity, and what a positive impact we can make, not only in our homes, but in the church and in our communities.
Our next prayer breakfast will be August 2025. Keep watch for the date and time! Join us.
We’re at Steele Creek Church!
Last Sunday we opened the fundraiser to allow church members to sponsor a child. more details to come!
My Visit to Leaders Foundation Mission of Liberia
It all begins with an idea.
From the moment I stepped onto the campus of Leaders Foundation Mission of Liberia, I was embraced in an atmosphere of joy and diligence. The sight of children, impeccably dressed in their school uniforms, walking to school as the sun rose was a testament to their eagerness and dedication. They arrived at 7:30 am, their faces beaming with anticipation for the day’s learning.
In the classrooms, engagement was not just a word but a visible reality. The students’ eyes were fixed on their teachers, absorbing every word. Their voices were in unison as they recited multiplication tables in a chorus of learning that echoed through the halls. And when they sang, their voices carried throughout the school, harmonizing in a melody that was truly mesmerizing.
The competitive spirit of the school shone brightly during the spelling bee and debates. Boys and girls teamed up, their intellects clashing in a friendly yet fierce battle of wits. It was not just about winning; it was about learning, growing, and respecting each other’s abilities. One of my favorite moments was the academic debate. It showcased a level of critical thinking that was entetaining and enlightening.
Meal times were another highlight of my visit. The school provided nutritious breakfasts and lunches, ensuring that the students’ physical needs were met. It was heartwarming to see the care put into each meal, reflecting the school’s commitment to the well-being of its students.
But perhaps the most striking aspect of my trip was the sense of hope that permeated the school. Each child I met was a new friend, each with their own dreams and aspirations. Surprise, a bright young student, flew my drone like a natural. She loved helping me capture video and photos of the school from above. It was a poignant reminder of the boundless potential that each student holds.
I left Leaders Foundation Mission of Liberia with new friends and a sense of wonder at the miracle of hope this school represents. This school is a beacon of light for the future of Liberia.
